He shares how he challenges both himself and the children’s courage to try new foods every day with green dishes from world cuisines, as well as focusing on food education to give them an understanding of where the different food ingredients comes from.</p><p></p><p>In our film series <em>‘Meet a staff member from one of our kitchens’</em>, you’ll meet three dedicated kitchen employees from Copenhagen Municipality’s institutions. They share their passion for cooking and show how they bring our ambitious Food Strategy to life every day – ensuring delicious, healthy, organic, and climate-friendly meals for our citizens, both young and old.</p><p>They also talk about how they grow professionally, find inspiration, and create a kitchen environment where there is room for creativity, collaboration, and job satisfaction, with strong support from management and colleagues.
